Every piece is made to order, so a little patience is part of it. Typical lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from when your order and fabric are confirmed. If you need a piece for a particular date, get in touch and we'll do our best.

Browse the fabric library to see each option, then order samples to live with the colours in your own light. Your piece is upholstered in the fabric you choose, linen from the Linwood Collection, cotton ticking, or your own fabric.

Yes. Choose Customer's Own Fabric when ordering, but please email info@herondesign.ie first so we can check the fabric is suitable for upholstery and let you know the metreage you'll need.

Yes, and we'd encourage it. Samples are a small charge per swatch and arrive by post, so you can be sure before you commit.

Natural linens and cottons keep best with a gentle regular brush or vacuum and a light spot-clean when needed. We include simple care notes with every piece.

Yes. Our headboards are available in Single, Double, King and Super King as standard, with bespoke shapes and sizes made on request. Our storage ottomans can also be made smaller or adjusted in width, depth and height to suit your space. All custom pieces are priced individually. Email info@herondesign.ie with the dimensions you need for a quote.

Yes. Each headboard is designed to hang securely on a timber wall batten supplied with your order. We also provide screws and appropriate fixings for solid or plasterboard walls, plus pre-attached Velcro strips for additional stability. Clear hanging instructions are included. Installation requires a drill and two people; if you are unsure about your wall type or installation method, we recommend consulting a qualified tradesperson.

We currently deliver within Ireland only. Nationwide delivery is a flat €95 per furniture order. Collection is not currently available.
