Shipping Policy

All Heron Design pieces are made to order with care and craftsmanship. Please allow 4 weeks from the date of your order for production and dispatch.

Ireland We deliver throughout the Republic of Ireland. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–3 working days. A flat delivery rate of €50 applies to all orders.

United Kingdom We are pleased to offer shipping to the United Kingdom, including Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Shipping costs for UK orders are calculated at checkout. Please note that orders to Great Britain may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

European Union We ship to all EU member states. Shipping costs for EU orders are calculated at checkout. As Ireland is part of the EU single market, there are no customs duties for EU customers.

General You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been collected. As all pieces are made to order, we are unable to expedite production timelines.
